1. Agreement
The Disciplined Fight is operated by The Four Stewardships LLC (Georgia). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The product & important disclaimer
The Disciplined Fight is a tool for sexual integrity and personal spiritual discipline. It is scaffolding for your own walk — not a substitute for Scripture, the local church, pastoral care, or professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment, and it is not a crisis or emergency service. We make no guarantee of any particular outcome. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or your local emergency number.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use The Disciplined Fight. By using it you represent that you are 18 or older.
4. Your account
Provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and may not share it.
5. Subscriptions & automatic renewal
The core app is free, with an optional paid Founding Supporter plan billed upfront, monthly or annually. Paid plans renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel; by subscribing you authorize us (through our processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method at each renewal. Current pricing and renewal terms are shown at checkout before you pay. You may cancel anytime to stop future charges.
6. Cancellation & refunds
Cancel anytime in your account or by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period and stops future charges. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable. If you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review it in good faith. EU/UK customers: you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital purchases; by starting your paid plan immediately you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge you lose that right once access begins.
7. Your content
You own what you create in the app. You grant us a limited license to store and display it solely to provide the service to you.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or resell access without permission. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Intellectual property
The app, its content, design, and brand are owned by The Four Stewardships LLC and protected by law. You may not use them without written permission.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Four Stewardships LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $50.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Four Stewardships LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the app or violation of these Terms.
13. Binding arbitration & class-action waiver
Please read this carefully — it affects how disputes are resolved. Except as noted below, any dispute between you and us will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and you and we waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class or representative action. Either of us may still bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing dennis@thefourstewardships.com with your account email and the words “arbitration opt-out.” This section does not apply where it is unenforceable by law, and does not limit rights that cannot be waived (including, where applicable, certain consumer rights of EU/UK residents).
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to Section 13, courts in Richmond County, Georgia have jurisdiction.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms; we will note the date above and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
